Simulation setup

To simulate FMU `Dahlquist.fmu` with OMSimulator run
```bash
$ /var/lib/jenkins2/ws/Sandbox/Andreas/OMSimulator-FMI-Cross-Check/OMSimulatorBinaries/OMSimulator-linux-amd64/bin/OMSimulator --stripRoot=true --skipCSVHeader=true --addParametersToCSV=true --suppressPath=true --timeout=60 Dahlquist.lua
```
